Order Processing Time:
We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Our processing time is 1-2 working days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once an order is processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
Cancellation Requests:
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us within 1-2 hours of placing your order on normal working days. This allows us to stop the order from being processed or dispatched.
- Working days: Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Cancellation window: You have 1-2 hours from the time of your order to contact us if you wish to cancel.
Orders Already Processed:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. As soon as the order moves to the processing or dispatch stage, we are unable to stop the shipment, and it will proceed to delivery.
