Order Processing:
We will process your order within 1-2 working days from the time your order is placed except holidays & weekends. You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking details for your shipment.
Standard Delivery:
Estimated Delivery Time: After processing, your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days depending on your location.
This delivery timeframe applies to standard orders placed within UK.
Shipping costs for standard delivery is Free.
Expedited Delivery Options (Same-Day Dispatch & 24-48 Hour Delivery)
If you need your order to be processed same-day or delivered within 24-48 hours, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. The extra charge will depend on the shipping address and the selected delivery speed.
Same-Day Dispatch, 24-48 Hour Delivery: Choose this option if you need your order delivered within 24-48 hours of processing. (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note, expedited shipping is only available if selected at checkout. The exact cost for expedited shipping will be displayed during checkout based on your delivery address.
Tracking Information
Once your order is processed, we will send you an email containing the tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that:
- We will provide you with tracking information either on the same day or next day after processing your order.
- The tracking details may not reflect immediately on the courier's website, as it can take some time for the parcel to be scanned into the courier's system.
- We ask for your patience during this process as it may take a little while for the tracking information to update.
